We collect information necessary to provide you with the Kogvio service. This includes account creation data (email and name) managed securely by Clerk authentication, and temporary image data when you initiate a scan.

2. How We Handle Your Scans

When you use the Kogvio extension to scan a portion of your screen, the image is temporarily sent to our secure servers to be processed by our AI engine. We do not permanently store these images. They are held in temporary memory solely for the duration of the request and are immediately discarded after the AI response is generated. We do not use your images to train public AI models.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Authentication is handled by Clerk, ensuring enterprise-grade encryption for your credentials.
